Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time sales person?
Good question. For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level sales person now exceeds $50,000+ with benefits, and commission.
Aside from that you might not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With a monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your rep when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my requests?
On average, most requests are completed in just 48 hours or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
What will happen after I sign up?
You will receive a welcome email with account information for managing your subscription, and information on getting started with Trello.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two campaigns at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
How do you handle larger request?
Larger requests are broken down and you should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.
What programs do you use?
As part of your subscription we include our preferred sales intelligent platform and lead generation tools.
How do I request campaigns?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you make requests using Trello. Some common ways clients make requests is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
What if I don't like what I requested?
No worries! We will continue to revise the request until you're 100% satisfied.
Is there any request work you don't cover?
Absolutely. We will not call your prospects and we will not engage with your current customers. We will not join sales calls.
Will you join the sales call?
Our role is to generate interest and notify you when there's a potential lead. Engaging with the prospect is your responsibility moving forward.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional request needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
